From 2007 to 2015  Alice Evelyn Stock was the Operations & Finance Manager at Eyebeam, the leading art and technology center in the United States. In the six years prior she was the Registrar for the collections of paintings, collages, drawings and prints at the estate of the late abstract expressionist, Robert Motherwell. She was educated in modern dance at the University of the Arts and in museum studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology where she graduated magna cum laude. As a sophomore at the University of the Arts, she was featured in an award-winning documentary about Judith Jamison, The Dancemaker, which was nationally broadcast on PBS. As a senior, she was named the Outstanding Performer in the School of Dance and was also given the Dance Faculty Prize for the Outstanding Senior. She was a member of the Royal Academy of Dancing, London, by examination, and danced in the contemporary ballet company, SENSEDANCE.

As Director of the Investment Sales Division, John Goldman brings more than 40 years of extensive and diverse experience in the commercial and investment real estate industry to Halstead Property. After many years as a real estate attorney, John transitioned into becoming a developer, owner/manager, and, later a broker at some of the leading brokerage firms in New York City. He has sold several significant buildings and development sites in Manhattan, totaling well over $250 million, negotiated major retail leases and acted as a consultant to professional and non-professional property owners. A native of the Boston area, John is a graduate of Harvard College with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. He also graduated from Columbia Law School (Law Review) with a JD and Stanford Law School with an LLM. He is a member of the Harvard Club of New York, a former trustee of Temple Adas Israel in Sag Harbor and a former member of the Board of The Bridge Fund, a charity which helps prevent low-income families from evictions. He lives in Manhattan and East Hampton with his wife, Joan Spivak, and their two boys Jesse and Marcus.

Mariela Pophristova is an independent Designer/Art Director, working and living in New York.  Born in Sofia, Bulgaria she was involved with art from an early age. Mariela finished art school, obtained a BFA in Graphics, established her own company “Studio M”, and applied her skills in the design field until her move to New York.

After completing a Master’s Program in Computer Graphics from LIU, Mariela continued to develop and consult on digital projects on the East and West coasts. She has years of experience in print media, interactive design, motion graphics and movie postproduction. Parallel to that, Mariela is involved with the academics by giving lectures and teaching classes on art and design topics.

As an art professional, Mariela finds it stimulating to work, support and interact with like-minded people in the broad field of the arts.
